Do you ship worldwide?

How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Please refer to our size guide on the product page and measure your dog’s chest and neck before placing your order. If you’re unsure, choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Is the cooling vest safe for all dog breeds?
Yes, the vest is suitable for most dog breeds, especially those prone to overheating such as French Bulldogs, Pugs, and Retrievers. Always monitor your dog in hot weather.
Can my dog wear the vest indoors?
The vest is designed for outdoor use during walks and playtime. It can be worn indoors but should be re-soaked regularly to maintain its cooling effect.
How long does shipping take?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cooling vests. Please measure your dog carefully before ordering. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
