Our Story - ChillyPup and Mila
Hi, we’re Elliott and Hannah, based in Newport, South Wales - proud parents to Mila, our energetic 7-year-old French Bulldog who loves chasing balls, sticks, and exploring the hills on her walks.
Like many dog owners, we struggled to find products that genuinely worked for her. From keeping her cool during warmer months, to finding harnesses that were comfortable for everyday walks, or toys tough enough to survive muddy adventures – too many products simply didn’t meet our expectations.
Everything changed when we discovered a cooling vest that really made a difference for Mila. That moment inspired ChillyPup – a small, family-run business built around carefully sourcing products we genuinely trust and use ourselves.
While we’re proudly based in South Wales, our products are thoughtfully selected from trusted suppliers and shipped to dog owners across the UK. Comfort, quality, and practicality are always our priorities, and many items are tested by Mila before making it onto our website.
Today, ChillyPup offers a growing collection of Mila’s favourite finds – from cooling vests and walking accessories to toys, enrichment mats, and seasonal essentials.
